Replaced an email, notebook, and peer-to-peer payment workflow with a public order page, Stripe checkout, approval queue, media uploads, customer emails, shipping labels, CMS controls, abandoned checkout recovery, and a metrics dashboard.
Turned pen-and-paper booking into a web dashboard and native iOS app with client history, payment status, pickup and dropoff logistics, map links, mileage tracking for taxes, image uploads, push reminders, and daily summaries.
Built a public leaderboard and admin panel around a custom scoring system, weekly rotation logic, league API sync, cron jobs, standings, tooltips, and live score refreshes.
